Manchmal sage ich bereits „Ja!“, bevor ich die Frage überhaupt gehört habe. Geht nicht? Gibt es bei mir nicht. Sie wollen auf Ihrer Reise Tiger in Indien beobachten und anschließend Australien erkunden? Das ist sicherlich eine ungewöhnliche Kombination, triggert aber meine Reiselust und Planungsehrgeiz. Wir bekommen das hin. Dank meiner positiven Servicementalität durfte ich einst – in einem Gastro-Nebenjob – sogar Mick Jagger das Dessert reichen. Mein Rüstzeug zum Reiseberater habe ich mir auf unzähligen Reisen angeeignet. Eine Weltreise samt Familie führte mich u.a. an den Aralsee in Usbekistan, in die Steppen der Mongolei, ins australische Outback und in die USA. Mein sportlicher Ehrgeiz ließ mich in atemberaubende Höhen von über 6000 Meter steigen – beim Gedanken an zahlreiche Bergtouren weltweit bekomme ich bis heute Gänsehaut. Ohnehin ist Sport für mich ein Lebenselixier: Werden Sie im Leipziger Umland von einem Radler oder Longboarder im DIAMIR-Dress überholt, ist die Chance groß, dass ich es bin. Ja!

Holiday Inn Old Sydney's Playfair Terrace Restaurant is open from 6am for buffet and a la carte breakast, lunch and dinner (till 9pm). It is also the perfect spot for any given special occasion. You can't beat the charming views of the heritage sites lined through Playfair St in The Rocks from the restaurant's windows, or Holiday Inn Old Sydney's impressive high-ceiling Atrium and Lobby from the other side. The Playfair Terrace was once an open-terrace restaurant, and has recently resurfaced as a part of the heritage listed Holiday Inn hotel.
